VMware vSphere users can now enjoy a free tune up with Recarta’s vSphere Health Check Assessments.
Recarta is one of a handful of VMware partners able to provide this unique health check service in the UK. Our vSphere experts can look at every aspect of your vSphere usage and make recommendations based on our findings. The Health Check service is completely free and offers the opportunity for users to improve performance, reduce costs and increase security.
The health checks are carried out by a certified VMware engineer and takes on average, half a day.
This represents an opportunity for all vSphere users to identify any issues and fix them.
There are three different assessments on offer as follows:
VMware vSphere Health Check Assessment
This assessment checks the general health of the vSphere environment. It checks for deviation from best practices, consistency within the cluster, and spots configuration issues. This can be a regular assessment and the output is a technically detailed written report detailing all the aspects of the environment that have been checked as well as any issues found in the environment.
VMware vSphere Optimisation Assessment
This assessment checks the performance and optimisation of the environment. It can be used to help identify bottlenecks in the environment by monitoring the existing infrastructure and showing top resource consumers, areas for optimisation, highlight overprovisioning, identify underutilised resources, etc.
VMware vSphere Upgrade Assessment
This assessment collects hardware information from the customers environment, including make, model, and firmware revisions and provides an analysis of the customer environments upgradability from 6.x to vSphere 6.7 or 7.0.
