If you are looking for a supplier to provide services, processes and toolsets needed to deliver application management of your technology environment, this lot offers all of your operation service needs in four lots:

Lot 3a - End User Services

If you’re looking for a supplier to support your end users via training or helpdesk services, or the end user computing devices they use through provision, implementation, support, and disposal.

Lot 3b - Operational Management

If you need access to the operational management services, processes and tools to support your technology estate, including on-going cyber security management.

Lot 3c - Technical Management

If you’re looking to monitor, support and manage the hardware and software within your technology estate, including asset management.

Software Asset Management

Our Software asset management solutions give you an accurate view of your software estate, helping to reduce risk, costs and time.

Infrastructure Support
