Prepare for end of PER-CALL service from IBM
Effective November 8, 2021, IBM will no longer provide per-call repairservices’ (also known as hourly repair services, per-incident, time and material)on IBM Power Systems and IBM System Storage machines, including predecessorand successor machines, effective three months after these machines enter end ofservice (EoS) status.
Per-call services are defined as repair services performed on equipment that is notcovered by an IBM Service Agreement.
Clients may obtain post-EoS support via an IBM Hardware Extension Agreement,which is made available for a limited number of IBM products and within selectmarkets.
