In the fourth quarter of 2021 the IBM Storage team made a supply guarantee for IBM FlashSystem solutions. This represented an unprecedented commitment to Customers at a time of great uncertainty and, with the support of their world class supply chain team (and despite tremendous demand), IBM successfully shipped 100% of orders received.
Whilst improving, 2022 has not been without its challenges – and yet IBM’s supply chain team has once again provided some important guarantees to any potential IBM Storage customer in 2022. Like last year, IBM Storage is underwriting their commitment that, should they not ship your new FlashSystem (5015, 5035, 5200, 7300, 9500) order by year end (subject to last firm order date of December 16th), IBM will provide you with a 1-year license for use of IBM Storage Insights Pro at no charge.
