Recarta IT was established in 2005 and currently holds its head office in Dorking, Surrey and has offices in Bristol & Guernsey.
Recarta has three key strategies.
1. To scope, supply and integrate Enterprise IBM, Lenovo & HPE Server and Storage Solutions.
2. Provide hosting, professional services and managed services to a wide range of Server and storage clients.
3. Supply and renew a wide range of Vendor, hardware & software maintenance alongside Vendor software licensing, compliance, and renewals.
The company has continued to grow in all areas of the business, with expected revenues for the current year of approximately £16 million. Recarta currently works with over 250 clients annually working mainly in the manufacturing, distribution, financial and retails sectors. Recarta currently employs 30 members of staff.
This role is home based with 2 days based at your local office.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who will be confident to identify opportunities, within existing and new clients to sell a wide range of support services and software licensing. We would expect the individual to not only meet our clients’ expectations but to go beyond and ensure they have the best support solution that is tailor made for their business needs.
We expect the individual to be able to grow our existing annuity services with additional offerings from any of the vendors with whom we trade with (and any potential new vendors that may be required by our client base). Growing the existing annuity base is key to the growth of this part of our business.
Recarta has a rich list of existing clients along with extensive lists of leads, prospects and dormant clients to support our marketing campaigns.
Recarta sells vendor and third-party maintenance support for IT hardware and sells new and ongoing licensing support for many software vendors. Currently this makes up around 50% of Recarta’s revenue. For the year ending 2023 this was approx. £7.5 Million of revenue, incorporating over 700 contracts and 50+ different vendors. In addition – Recarta provides Software Asset management services to many clients – providing software audit, licensing assessment and compliance services.
Ultimately – companies are looking to reduce the annual cost and the complexity of their support and renewals. Recarta has a great track record in this marketplace with competitive pricing and many accreditations. In addition – we would look to train the successful candidate in specialist areas of support and around licensing compliance.

The key quality required to be successful in this role is that you are confident to speak to clients directly, articulate clearly and work as an individual as well as being a team player in a close-knit team. You will require training on-site to understand the business model and services that we can provide. Furthermore, we will give you plenty of assistance to understand the process of working with our vendors and partners.
