IBM have made a number of announcements this month for customers that do NOT have IBM Hardware Maintenance Agreements which I thought you should be aware of. A copy of the official announcement will posted on here shortly.
IBM now requires customers to have IBM Hardware or Warranty Maintenance in place to be able to access the Fix Central website to download fix packs, cum packs and microcode for software, hardware and operating system updates.
With IBM looking to charge customers from 1st April to come back to IBM for support, now might be a good time to start thinking about your Support Partner.
